Role Overview & Specifications
Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with one of the largest banks in the USA. We are looking for a Technical Writer for a 6 Month assignment, working a hybrid schedule in Mclean or Richmond VA.
Responsibilities:The writer will be reviewing draft content provided by development teams. They’ll review it for adherence to a template, they’ll need to point out any content gaps. They’ll review for clarity, concision and well as grammar and typos, and they must be able to make updates without changing the technical accuracy. Required
Skills:Minimum 5 years strong technical writing
experience, including deliverables for a developer (or highly technical) audience
Experience using GitHub, Markdown, and HTML 5 to produce technical documentationAbility to communicate clearly and break down complex topics into a logical organizational structureFamiliarity with DevOps/SDLC
Preferred
Skills:Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (e.g., being Amazon Cloud Practitioner certified)
Experience with DevOps tooling and productsVery basic knowledge of scripting/programming and data structures
Experience working in an Agile environment ***In addition to a resume, candidates should submit a writing sample on a complex technical topic***
