We are seeking a Manager for SI/PI Engineer (Signal Integrity and Power Integrity) who will play a key role in the definition, design and validation of AWS next generation machine learning ASICs. As a senior member of our hardware team, you will have a meaningful opportunity to participate in the design and execution of all SI related topics, with the goal of creating and customized platforms that fit within AWS datacenter’s world leading technology.

Basic
Qualifications
B.S. in EE 5 + years of team management 7 + years of
experience using time domain and frequency domain tools: Hspice, Sigrity, HFSS, or Microwave Studio 7 + years of
experience with PCB, Package, interposers (COWOS) and Silicon Technologies 7 + years of
experience in Transmission line theory and Electromagnetics and its application in SerDes, Single-ended signal and parallel bus interfaces.
Preferred
Qualifications
M.S. in EE
Experience with die capacitors, DTC caps and IPD caps
Experience with SOC power, integrated power Module
Experience with 3D/2.5D EMIR simulation tools: Redhawk 3DIC or Voltus 10 + years of
experience with high speed scopes and probing techniques
