Summary:Responsibility for the day-to-day clinical operationsLead by example by carrying a caseload and creating Individualized care plans for each clientUtilize patient-centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiencyManage schedule and payrollMarket to local referral sources and community to grow the businessTraining of new employees for their roles and

responsibilitiesIdentify staff development opportunities to facilitate the advancement of their clinical

skillsComply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy AssociationCurrent State licensure for the practice of physical therapyMinimum of two years of

experience as a Physical Therapist

Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive!

Base + Quarterly Incentives up to 15% of

salary + Full
