Position

Summary - We are seeking a talented engineer leader for our New York Electrical Department who will also collaborate enterprise wide.

Responsibilities - • Serve as an engineering leader and technical expert with the ability to answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the engineering staff. • Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for electrical engineering staff to use and abide by. • Propose and oversee budgets and timelines for engineering projects. • Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staff. • Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors. • Prepare and deliver various engineering-related presentations, both internally and externally • Perform department management activities including recruitment, hiring, coaching, and leadership

Ideal Candidate - • Good years’

experience in electrical/fire alarm design• Team supervisory

experience• New York PE license • Bachelor’s degree mechanical engineering required• Strong technical writing & software

skills including Revit• Sound knowledge of building codes• Great interpersonal & communication

skills• Knowledge of Sustainable certification programs
