Job Description
Builds and maintains site Health Systems capability through continual assessment of business needs and use of the Health Systems Key Elements audit tool and process to ensure delivery of quality care and services. Collaborates with site leadership and key partners (HS&E, Risk, Fire Chief, HR, Legal, etc.) to ensure appropriate site occupational and wellbeing programs are in place to align with business objectives, mitigate risks and preserve and promote employee wellbeing. Ensures all programs are compliant with country related laws, as well as, P&G medical testing
requirements and governance.

Associate Nursing Degree or higher; B.S. Nursing Degree preferredAn unencumbered nursing license and ability to obtain a Massachusetts nursing license

Occupational Health, Employee Health, or Emergency DepartmentCOHN or COHN-SNIOSH approved Spirometry and CAOHC approved Audiometry certificationAdult CPR/AED certification and InstructorKnowledge of State and Federal Laws and Regulations

Ability to attend meetings, trainings and conferences that may require travel.Must be flexible to meet the needs of the business with occasional work such as taking calls off normal shift hours.
Starting
Salary Range: $85-$115K
