Job Description

Handle on-site field visits to supervise the installation of electrical and mechanical equipmentInvestigate and resolve technical problems with equipmentPartner with customers to ensure excellent communication and serviceHandle planning, assigning, directing work, and resolving problemsReview performance reports and documentation from customersInspect malfunctioning or damaged equipment to determine the nature and scope of the problemMake repairs, replacements, or other corrective actionsCoordinate problem resolutions with supervisors and departments to expedite repairsMaintain records of reports and submit them to the Field Service SupervisorOther
