Position
Summary
The Senior Data Product Manager is responsible for driving, managing, and maintaining the RAA enterprise-wide data platform and analytics enablement roadmap. This role will also be the primary force for creating an enterprise-wide data dictionary, to enable consistency and standardization across different divisions within the company. The role will be the bridge between Business and IT and will be the key enabler for different cross-functional business use cases. This role over time will also champion the enablement of standardized reporting and analytics across the company.
Essential Job Functions
Functional owner of the Enterprise-wide Data & Analytics enablement RoadmapOwner of Functional Specifications for each line item in the Roadmap enabled by working closely with key stakeholders/superusers from different departmentsResponsible for putting together and tracking a project plan for the rollout of these capabilitiesPrimary point of contact from business on any issues with cross-functional processes that involve data and analytics enablementResponsible for leading and supporting the IT team with the underlying Data Taxonomy/Dictionary/Governance needsPrimary point of contact for IT to help manage the associated IT Roadmap for the Operational data store and platformAct as a liaison between business and IT teams to drive and facilitate requirement and design sessions and clarifications throughout a requirement implementation cycleStrong analytical, organization, and communication
skills accompanied by the flexibility to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, changing environmentDrive due dates and task completion plans for the business and the IT teamLead project meetings with stakeholders, users, and technical teams.Meet with business team members to discuss and assist with project requests and work with developers to determine the technical feasibility and scope of projectsCreate sufficient training documentation to help onboard key stakeholders/superusersAdvocate good data quality and increase awareness among data producers and consumers within the companyParticipate in building and enforcing Data Quality processes to ensure good data quality at the enterprise level

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Business Systems, or other quantitative field, or equivalent years of
experience

Managing and analyzing large-volume data sets is a must.Proven track record (5+ years) working on fast-paced, time-sensitive projectsClear and timely communication of key information deemed critical to project successOrganizational

skillsExcellent written and verbal communication
